17 July 2026

The Nepalese Association of Agriculture, Forestry and Environment in Australia (NEPAFE) announces the formation of its Advisory Committee for the 2026–2028 term, bringing together a distinguished group of professionals, academics, researchers, and community leaders who will provide strategic guidance and support to the organization over the next two years.

The Advisory Committee has been established to strengthen NEPAFE’s efforts in advancing professional collaboration, knowledge exchange, leadership development, and community engagement across the agriculture, forestry, environment, natural resource management, research, and development sectors.

A Wealth of Experience and Expertise

The newly formed Advisory Committee brings together extensive national and international experience across a wide range of disciplines, including agriculture, forestry, environmental management, research, education, policy development, natural resource governance, and international development.

Through their collective expertise, committee members will provide valuable advice and mentorship to NEPAFE’s Executive Committee and broader membership, helping to shape the organization’s strategic direction and strengthen its contribution to professional and community development initiatives.

As NEPAFE continues to grow its network and expand its activities across Australia, the Advisory Committee will play an important role in fostering collaboration among professionals, supporting evidence-based dialogue, and promoting innovation and sustainable development within the sectors represented by the association.

Supporting NEPAFE’s Vision

The establishment of the Advisory Committee reflects NEPAFE’s commitment to drawing upon the knowledge and experience of leading professionals to guide its future growth and impact. By bringing together experts from diverse backgrounds and areas of specialization, NEPAFE aims to enhance its capacity to serve members, strengthen partnerships, and contribute meaningfully to discussions on agriculture, forestry, environment, and sustainable development.

The Advisory Committee will also support NEPAFE’s ongoing efforts to build connections between Nepalese professionals in Australia and their counterparts in Nepal and other countries, encouraging knowledge sharing, professional networking, and collaborative initiatives.

Appreciation and Welcome

NEPAFE sincerely thanks all Advisory Committee members for their willingness to serve and contribute their time, expertise, and leadership to the organization. Their commitment reflects a shared vision of promoting excellence, collaboration, innovation, and positive community impact.

The Association extends its warm congratulations to all members of the Advisory Committee and looks forward to working closely with them during the 2026–2028 term.
